XTERRA Trail Run World Series
Regional and international. The XTERRA O-SEE Ultra Trail is part of the global XTERRA Trail Run World Series – the only event in Germany. The XTERRA Trail Run World Series spans over 20 countries worldwide. With more than 30 races in Europe, North and South America, and the Asia-Pacific region, participants have the opportunity to collect valuable ranking points or even qualify for a starting place at the XTERRA Trail Run World Championship.
In 2026, the XTERRA O-SEE Ultra Trail will also host the XTERRA European Trail Running Championships, featuring 25km and 50km (single) distances. These championship races will recognize the best individual runners in all age groups and award them qualifying spots for the 2027 XTERRA Trail Running World Championships. This makes every step on the course even more meaningful and offers additional opportunities.
Further information on the rankings and qualifications can be found on the XTERRA Trail Run World Series event page.
The XTERRA O-SEE Ultra Trail includes both the half marathon (O-SEE 25k) and the marathon distance (O-SEE 50k), in each of which an individual ranking is possible.
